Record-Setting Verdict in Tractor Trailer Suit

BP LLP lawyers secured a record-setting verdict of $280 million in the case of Judy Madere v. Schnitzer Steel Industries, Inc., Schnitzer Steel Southeast, Inc. & their truck driver on Friday, August 23, 2019. Three generations of a family were killed when a tractor trailer negligently crossed the center line killing 2 children, their mother, grandmother, and their grandmother’s twin sister.
